Our humble beginnings start in Thomas Michael's home office in San Diego in June 2000, shortly after Thomas sold his previous SAP consulting company in Houston, TX. Tom and his wife moved to Southern California to experience the famous lifestyle and within a month of arriving, Tom started a new SAP consulting company called Michael Management Corporation. The company enjoyed much success with many Fortune 1000 clients as a boutique consulting firm with specific expertise in the Asset Management area.
In 2007 Tom added 2 new business segments: online SAP training and live SAP sandbox access - both offerings were almost unheard of at this time. Tom pioneered the first interactive online SAP training courses, years before SAP offered online training. In addition, he thought that offering SAP professionals access to sandbox SAP systems would be a popular option to practice what people have learned in the courses. After a few trial & errors, Tom found a course format that people really responded to - hands-on, interactive simulation courses. And the company began to create one course...then another...and another.
Fast forward a few years and now Michael Management is the leading provider of online SAP training and live SAP access services. Our clients include many Fortune 1000 companies that recognize the importance of ongoing SAP training for their teams, seasoned SAP consultants and private individuals wanting to learn important SAP skills to be better at their current job or take their careers to the next level.

We started our company in sunny San Diego, California but are now headquartered in New York City – right in the heart of Manhattan. Our team is dispersed all over the US and we have learned to be super-efficient while working remotely from anywhere at any time. The world is going mobile and so are we.

Leslie has worked in IT divisions for over 25 years with deep experience developing user-based materials for business software applications. When not designing our eLearning, Leslie spends time in her garden or art space creating something beautiful.
